The winning ticket belongs to an Alumna from SIC HS Batch 1969 - Ms. Divina Alvarez-Bernardo. Shown in photo from left to right : SICAA P.R.O. Berlito Bati HS Batch 2000, Rev. Msgr. Peter C. DRAWING OF THE SECOND LAPTOP GRAND PRIZE WAS DEFERRED to allow for remittances from overseas donors to be received and check donations processed.
